Refunds will not be issued for:

- Incorrect order placed by the customer
- Delay in delivery due to courier or external factors
🔁 Exchange Policy (Only Option Available)
We only offer product exchange, subject to the conditions mentioned below:
✅ Exchange is allowed only if:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered
- Exchange request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags, packaging, and invoice are intact
❌ Exchange will NOT be accepted if:
- Product shows signs of use or damage after delivery
- Exchange request is made after 48 hours
- Product is damaged due to customer handling
- Minor color variations (due to lighting or screen resolution)
🔄 Exchange Process
- Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery
- Share:
- Order ID
- Clear images or video of the issue
- After verification, we will approve the exchange
- Exchange will be processed for:
- Same product (subject to stock availability), or
- Another product of equal value
Note: Shipping charges for exchange may be borne by the customer.

- We reserve the right to reject any exchange request if it does not meet the above conditions.
- FK Enterprise’s decision on exchanges will be final and binding.
